Comrade Tran Van Hang visited and gave gifts to the Dan Lai ethnic people (Con Cuong)
The working delegation led by comrade Tran Van Hang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department visited and presented gifts to the Dan Lai ethnic people in Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district.
Also attending were representatives of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee, Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation, Saigon - Song Lam Beer Company and leaders of Con Cuong district.
The Dan Lai ethnic group has 163 households/787 people living in two villages, Co Phat and Bung, Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district. In recent years, the Party and the State have had many policies to support the preservation and development of the Dan Lai ethnic group, thanks to which, the lives of the Dan Lai people have changed a lot.
Talking to the Dan Lai ethnic people, comrade Tran Van Hang shared their difficulties. He praised the contributions of the border guards who overcame difficulties and hardships, propagandized and mobilized the people to implement the Party and State's policies, develop the economy, and contribute to the excellent completion of the task of firmly protecting the Fatherland's borders.
He noted that departments, branches and Con Cuong district need to pay attention to improving the lives of the people, especially implementing well the project to preserve and develop the Dan Lai ethnic group.
