Dong Nhi defeated Giang Hong Ngoc to become Champion of "The Remix"

Although Giang Hong Ngoc won the Gold prize, with higher audience votes, Dong Nhi won the Special prize to hold the cup "The Remix".

After more than 2 months of competition, the Gala performance and award ceremony held on the evening of May 3 in Ho Chi Minh City officially concluded the program “The Remix – Harmony of Light”. With 12 live shows, “The Remix” brought the audience “pleasing to the ears and eyes” performances, leaving many impressions along with the breakthrough of the contestants. Especially the Top 4 including Giang Hong Ngoc, Isaac, Dong Nhi and Toc Tien.

With a perfect score (40 points) from the judges, and the highest number of votes from the audience during the week after the final night (34.24%), it was not too surprising that Dong Nhi won the Champion position of the program "The Remix 2015".

In addition, Dong Nhi's group, Producer Do Hieu and DJ Mike Hao also received the award for the most favorite audience of the program. This is a worthy result for what Dong Nhi's group has shown throughout the past live shows.

Previously, in the final night on April 26, Dong Nhi performed the song “Hot” by her senior Thu Minh with a stable voice. The judges also praised Dong Nhi for her relaxed spirit, along with the talent of Do Hieu and Mike Hao in mixing the song. In the confrontation of the song “Taxi” with Isaac, Dong Nhi also received good comments from judge Nguyen Hai Phong - the composer of this song. She received the highest score in the competition night along with Giang Hong Ngoc. What helped Dong Nhi to be able to step up to the highest position of “The Remix” was the very high number of votes.

In other awards, singer Giang Hong Ngoc, DJ King Lady and Producer Duy Anh won the Gold prize with 19.52% of the votes and 40 points from the judges. With 30.15% of the votes and 39.5 points from the judges, the group of singers Isaac, DJ Gin and Producer Only C won the Silver prize. Finally, the group of singers Toc Tien, DJ Hoang Touliver and Producer Long Halo won the Bronze prize.

During the Gala night, Isaac, Giang Hong Ngoc and Dong Nhi performed their hit songs again. Giang Hong Ngoc performed the song “Con co”, which made her mark in liveshow 2. Dong Nhi performed “Bad boy” from liveshow 1. Isaac performed the medley “Noi anh khong thuy ve - Hai co tien”.

The combined performance between Isaac and Giang Hong Ngoc with the song “Thu Cuoi” also created an interesting surprise. In addition, the 3 singers also had a unique combination with the medley “Vi ai vi anh – Cherri Cherri Lady – My everything”. Due to health reasons, Toc Tien was unable to perform as previously planned, but the female singer was still present at the Gala night to support the other contestant groups.

In addition, the final night also featured the participation of Opera artist Ngoc Tuyen with a combination of electronic music (EDM) in the medley “Diva dance - Stranger in Paradise”. PB Nation returned to the show with a new song called “Tang ga” composed and arranged by Phuc Bo.

Singer Luu Huong Giang also participated with the song “Get high”. Singer group Min (ST 319), JustaTee and rapper Mr A performed the medley “Love - Call your name - Tell me why”. Singer Hoang Thuy Linh also performed a new song called “Just you” with the support of judge – DJ Hoang Anh.
