Breaking into the district committee headquarters because of lack of money to play video games
Lacking money to spend and play video games, three young men broke into people's homes and offices of the People's Committee and District Party Committee to steal computers and printers to sell for spending.
According to reports from people and agencies and schools in Huong Khe district, recently, these units have had thieves break in and steal electronic devices such as laptops and printers.

Specifically, on the evening of July 19, the family of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung (residing in Huong Khe town) discovered that a thief had broken into the store and stolen a laptop, worth 15 million VND.
Then, on August 1, at the office of the Reception and Results Department of the People's Committee of Huong Khe district, a thief broke in and stole a laptop and a printer worth about 18 million VND.
After the investigation, Huong Khe District Police clarified that the perpetrators of the above thefts were Pham Dinh The Anh Vu (born in 2001, residing in Hamlet 5, Gia Pho Commune), Nguyen Van Bao (born in 2000, residing in Huong Dong Hamlet, Loc Yen Commune) and Pham Dinh Tuan (born in 1997, residing in Residential Group 18, Huong Khe Town), Huong Khe District.
At the investigation agency, the subjects confessed that due to lack of money for personal expenses and playing video games, they discussed breaking into a number of agency headquarters, schools and houses in the area to take advantage of loopholes to steal property to sell for personal expenses.
