Vietnam futsal team excellently defeated Thailand 2-0
At the 2014 Southeast Asian Futsal Championship taking place in Malaysia, the Vietnamese futsal team defeated the Thai futsal team 2-0, thereby winning first place in Group B and will meet Australia in the semi-finals.

Head of the Vietnam futsal team – Mr. Tran Anh Tu said: “This is a convincing victory for the Vietnam futsal team and this is also the first time we have dominated the opponent team. Thailand even had to play dirty and received 2 red cards.”
With this victory, the Vietnamese futsal team has 12 points after 4 wins, topping group B and will meet Australia in the second semi-final at 4:00 p.m. on September 25.
