The project started in January 2010, expected to be completed in 24 months (January 2012), but up to now, for many reasons, the progress has been slowed down, greatly affecting production and people's lives.

From Giang bridge intersection to Thanh Nho commune People's Committee headquarters is only 6-7 km long, by motorbike, it took us nearly 1 hour to cross. From Ba Lien bridge intersection, the mud covered the wheels, to enter hamlets 8, 9, 10, we had to park our motorbikes, wade through the stream, continue "walking" and it took us about 30 minutes to travel nearly 100m to the front gate of Thanh Nho commune kindergarten.

Mr. Vo Van Hung, hamlet 10, Thanh Nho commune, is using a wheelbarrow to transport fertilizer to the field. He is upset: "My house is more than 1 km from the field, but this road is newly built. When it rains, it is muddy and muddy. The hard ground is slippery and cannot be used with a cart, so I have to use a wheelbarrow to transport fertilizer. Each day, I can only do a few trips, and I don't know when it will be finished. The worst thing is for the students. Some days, it rains continuously for 2-3 days, so they have to walk 5-6 km to school...". Mr. Tran Cong Sinh's incense root processing facility in hamlet 10 has long had to find a way to "live with the mud" on this road.
Mr. Sinh said that in the past, he only needed to use a medium-sized truck to transport raw materials, but recently, he had to buy an additional tractor to pull the truck through the muddy sections of the road, so the cost also increased. If it rains for a long time, his production facility has to stop because it cannot transport raw materials.
According to some people's feedback, not only is the construction progress "slow", but some asphalt roads are also of poor quality. Mr. Tran Van Binh, Chairman of Thanh Nho Commune, said: The road passing through the commune People's Committee headquarters was completed in October 2011, but after only 1 month, it has sunk, cracked, and peeled off... creating many potholes, making it difficult for people to travel, live and produce. After the commune's feedback, and especially the feedback through the District People's Council, 3rd Session, 2011-2016 term, the construction unit has carried out repairs but still cannot guarantee the quality.
Although the unfinished construction is causing difficulties for people to travel, Mr. Nguyen Viet Thien, Head of the District's Industry and Trade Department, said that the project has completed 70% of the work volume, ensuring convenient traffic for people, only about 200m left to be done, must be paved with rocks to clear traffic. Some places are virgin land, the construction unit subjectively did not dig deep to survey, did not detect termite nests, so they sank. The district has accepted the stages of foundation and foundation, all are guaranteed...
People are hoping that Thanh Chuong district authorities will soon take action so that the road can be completed quickly, avoiding the misery of mud in the rainy season and dust in the dry season for the people.
