Experimental Tourism Project won First Prize 'Start-up 2013'
The 2014 Startup Festival, the most important event of the annual Startup Program, officially took place on the morning of January 11 in Hanoi, with the awarding of the 2013 Startup First Prize to the HUA ZONE High-Tech Experimental Tourism Project.
Within the framework of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to 11 best projects of the 2013 Startup Competition. Accordingly, the first prize was awarded to the group of authors Ta Van Toan, Nguyen Thi Hang Nga, Do Thi Thu Phuong, Nguyen Xuan Dai, Bui Thanh Thuy (Hanoi University of Agriculture) with the project HUA ZONE High-tech Experimental Tourism.

2 Second Prizes were awarded to the Green Food Production Project "Smiling Mushrooms" and the supporting restaurant chain by author Pham Hong Van (Hanoi); the VeXeRe.com Project by the group of authors Nguyen Thuy Van, Luong Ngoc Long, Tran Nguyen Le Van, Dao Viet Thang (Ho Chi Minh City).
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Third Prizes and 5 Encouragement Prizes. These projects were not only highly appreciated for their unique and creative ideas but also for their feasibility and high social significance. These are also the criteria that the Startup Competition's Judging Council highly values. In 2013, among the projects that made it to the final round, many projects were implemented in practice.
2014 marks the 11th anniversary of the Startup program, a journey that has witnessed the support and companionship of businesses, entrepreneurs, and social resources. Speaking at the Startup Festival 2014, Mr. Vu Tien Loc, Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Head of the Program Steering Committee, said that the Startup program has made a positive contribution to the development of the team of entrepreneurs and businesses in our country.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee also launched the 2014 Startup program.
