It is forecasted that due to the influence of the easterly wind zone, on September 15-16, in the Quang Binh - Thua Thien Hue area, there will be moderate to heavy rain (50 - 150mm).

From September 16 to 18, in the Thanh Hoa-Ha Tinh area, there will be heavy to very heavy rain (200 - 300mm, some places over 300mm), in the Northern Delta area, there will be moderate to heavy rain (50 - 100mm).

From tonight (September 15), the water levels of rivers in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will rise. During this flood, the water levels of rivers in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An are likely to rise to level BĐ1 - BĐ2.

Warning today (September 16), in the South East Sea area (including the Truong Sa archipelago), the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau continues to have strong southwest winds of level 6 - 7, gusts of level 8 and strong thunderstorms; waves from 2 - 3m high, rough seas. In the Gulf of Tonkin, there are strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 and strong thunderstorms; rough seas.
