From May 23-25, in the Gulf of Thailand, the sea area from Ca Mau to Kien Giang (including Phu Quoc and Tho Chu islands), the sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, the sea area south of the East Sea (including Truong Sa archipelago), there will be strong southwest winds of level 4, level 5, gusting to level 6, level 7.
