Vietnamese troubadour: My Linh mesmerizes Nam Dinh audience with 'My Sister'

My Linh dedicated to her hometown Nam Dinh the soulful song 'My Sister'. The song was also performed with the rustic guitar sounds of musician Le Minh Son.

Accompanying musician Le Minh Son on the new journey of Du Ca Viet, diva My Linh could not hide her joy when she had the opportunity to return to her hometown Nam Dinh. The journey reminded her of her childhood years with her family, where she began to practice her first songs.

The female singer said that although she had returned to sing in her homeland many times, the trip with Du Ca Viet left her with unforgettable memories. Participating in the music night My Motherland in the program, My Linh expressed: "I am extremely happy to be able to sing in my homeland, especially in the vibrant music space of Du Ca Viet. This is also a great effort of musician Le Minh Son".

My Linh presented the audience in her hometown with the sweet melody of the song Ha Noi Dem Chua Gio. In addition, musician Le Minh Son directly accompanied My Linh on the guitar for her performance of Chi Toi. The song was performed simply but deeply through her clear voice and the rustic sound of the guitar. The performance created a special highlight to close the music night, at the same time marking My Linh's meaningful return to the stage of her hometown.

In addition, this trip gave musician Le Minh Son the opportunity to meet with artists and researchers who are knowledgeable about the Hat Van genre. The musician also helped Nam Dinh folk music get closer to the audience through many special performances in the music night My Motherland.
