The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs encourages businesses to give employees Tet holidays according to the general schedule and notify employees at least 30 days in advance.
If employees work overtime or work at night during holidays or Tet, they will receive a salary of at least 300%, not including the salary for working on these days.
