The expected university and college entrance exam fee will be 60 thousand VND.
According to the draft amendment and supplement to the regulations on the collection and use of university, college and vocational school entrance exam fees that the Ministry of Education and Training is currently publishing for comments, the registration fee for university, college and vocational school entrance exams in 2013 may be raised from 50,000 to 60,000 VND/application.

Regarding exam fees, the draft proposes to increase the fee for cultural exams from 30,000 VND/application to 45,000 VND/application; for aptitude exams it is 300,000 VND/application instead of 200,000 VND/application (including all subjects).
The draft also stipulates that the fee for candidates who are eligible for admission or direct admission to universities, colleges, and vocational schools is 30,000 VND/application. In addition, the admission fee for postgraduate training and overseas training using the state budget is also expected to increase. The above fee may be applied to admissions from 2013.
