Nghe An Provincial People's Committee will submit to the Provincial People's Council a Resolution assigning the number of cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level in Nghe An province in 2025 to 15,393 people.
On the morning of February 27, comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting of the Provincial People's Committee to listen to and give opinions on draft resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
Attending the meeting were leaders of: Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Department of Home Affairs, Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Justice, Department of Finance, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training.

The Provincial People's Committee has listened to and commented on the draft Resolution on assigning the number of cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level in Nghe An province in 2025.
In which, the number of cadres, civil servants and part-time workers at the commune level in district-level administrative units in Nghe An province in 2025 is assigned: Total number of cadres and civil servants at the commune level is 9,477 people; total number of part-time workers at the commune level is 5,902 people.

Regarding commune-level cadres and civil servants, 8,553 people are assigned according to administrative unit classification. Of which, type I administrative units are 3,124 people; type II administrative units are 4,520 people; type III administrative units are 198 people.
The number of additional civil servants according to Resolution 1211 of the National Assembly Standing Committee is 417. The number of redundant civil servants due to administrative unit rearrangement is 507.
Regarding the non-professional staff at the commune level assigned according to the administrative unit classification, there are 5,224 people. Of which, the number of people working in administrative units of type I is 2,114 people, the number of people working in administrative units of type II is 3,000 people; and the number of people working in administrative units of type III is 110 people.

The number of non-professional staff increased according to the provisions of Resolution 1211 of the National Assembly Standing Committee is 417 people. The number of non-professional staff redundant due to administrative unit arrangement is 261 people.
The Provincial People's Committee also listened to and gave opinions on the proposal to issue a resolution regulating the content and level of expenses for organizing recruitment and admission of civil servants and public employees; civil servant promotion exams; and consideration of promotion of professional titles of public employees in Nghe An province.

The subjects of application are cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers participating in performing tasks in recruitment and admission to civil servants and public employees; civil servant promotion exams; and consideration of promotion of professional titles of public employees in Nghe An province.
Agencies and units that organize and implement recruitment and admission of civil servants and public employees; civil servant promotion exams, consideration of promotion of professional titles of civil servants and other related organizations and individuals.

Expenses for organizing recruitment and admission to civil servants and public employees; civil servant promotion exams and consideration of promotion of professional titles of public employees include: Expenses for performing tasks related to preparation and organization of recruitment and admission exams; examinations and consideration of promotion of professional titles of public employees; Expenses for training of cadres, civil servants, public employees, police forces and employees participating in the exams; Expenses for hiring service providers to coordinate in performing related tasks.
Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long requested the Department of Home Affairs to receive opinions from delegates attending the meeting to clarify and specify some contents in the draft resolution, and complete the draft resolution to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration, before submitting to the Provincial People's Council for approval.
