Putting 4 mineral mines for cement production into operation in Nghe An

The Prime Minister has just agreed to adjust 4 mineral mines in Nghe An province into the Planning for exploration and exploitation of mineral reserves for cement raw materials until 2020. Nghe An Provincial People's Committee is responsible for implementing mineral operation procedures according to the provisions of the Law on Minerals.

Accordingly, in Decision No. 1065/QD-TTg dated July 9, 2010 of the Prime Minister approving the Adjustment and Supplement to the Planning for exploration, exploitation and use of minerals for cement production in Vietnam until 2020.

Specifically, the Prime Minister agreed to adjust the Kim Giao, Nui Len, Rang Cua limestone mines and Da Bac clay mine in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province from the planning of mineral reserves for production expansion and new investment needs to supplement the Planning for exploration and exploitation of mineral reserves for cement raw materials to 2020, the period from 2011 to 2015.
