Bringing the search team and 7 surviving crew members of the Nghe An fishing boat in distress ashore

At the family of captain Ho Ba Lam in Tien My village, Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district (currently missing), relatives of the fishermen on the sunken fishing boat are gathering to wait for the 7 crew members to return. It is expected that the ship carrying the crew members will arrive at Cua Lo port at about 8 p.m.

Mr. Ngo Quang Hong, a relative of crew member Ho Ba Lam, said: At about 3:30 p.m. on July 2, I received a phone call from the Maritime Search Center informing me that at about 8 p.m. tonight, the team will arrive at Cua Lo port to bring the remaining 7 crew members ashore.

Upon receiving the notice, Mr. Hong immediately contacted the families of the crew members to inform them.

At around 6:00 p.m. the same day, representatives of the families, along with local leaders and the Fisheries Association, will hire a car to go to Cua Lo port to pick up the crew members.

On July 2, the search for the missing crew members continued. A team of 5 divers, including 1 main diver, dived to a depth of about 60m at the scene identified as the wreck of the NA 95899 TS to search. However, the weather at the scene had gusts of level 5, making the search more difficult.

Concerned that the impact of the tropical depression moving rapidly into this sea area would not ensure safety, the search and rescue forces had to change plans and bring all search forces and crew members back to the mainland.
