Implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies on national defense and security education, the Nghe An Provincial National Defense Education Council effectively deployed Directive No. 12 of the Politburo, Resolution No. 8 of the Central Committee (11th Term) on strengthening the Party's leadership in national defense and security education and the strategy to protect the Fatherland in the new situation. Accordingly, the Provincial National Defense and Security Education Council advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to send 20/20 comrades to participate in training on national defense and security knowledge.

Organized 13 training courses on national defense and security for group 3 with over 1,100 comrades, reaching 105% of the plan.
