In 2003, while holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, he advised the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee to direct the Commune People's Committee to build a separate website to introduce local vegetables and fruits. When the first images were introduced online, the Quynh Luong vegetable brand became known to the market nationwide. Many businesses from all over the country called to learn more and came to the locality to survey and place orders. Vegetable and fruit products in the commune were consumed stably, contributing to increasing people's income. Moving to the position of Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, then Secretary of the Party Committee, he always worried about his hometown's vegetable fields, hoping that Quynh Luong green vegetables would have increasingly high economic efficiency, develop quickly and sustainably. Comrade Ho Chi Tung and the Party Committee researched and proposed 10 key programs to develop infrastructure to serve production. In particular, he boldly proposed building a drainage canal for the vegetable area. This idea came from the fact that vegetable growing areas did not have drainage canals, so every time there was heavy rain, Quynh Luong became a "water center", often flooded, causing damage to vegetables. This was a good idea, but at that time, the commune budget was tight, people's lives were difficult, so mobilizing resources to build the canal was not easy. To implement, he discussed with the commune leaders to seek support from higher levels. Fortunately, at that time there was a CRF program (non-governmental project) to sponsor, the commune leaders mobilized counterpart funds for construction. The 7 km long drainage canal, with an investment of more than 2 billion VND, was completed in 2007 and has greatly contributed to the development of vegetable growing...

Along with building technical infrastructure for vegetable growing, Mr. Tung directed the People's Committee of the commune to invite the Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology to hold seminars and train people on safe vegetable growing techniques; At the same time, the commune selected and contacted vegetables to bring to Metro Hanoi supermarket to introduce and sell to consumers in the capital. The result was a great success, vegetables and fruits in Quynh Luong have appeared on the market in all regions of the country.
