Used bricks to beat opponent to death after traffic collision
After arguing loudly over a minor traffic accident on the street, Minh suddenly picked up a nearby brick and hit his opponent in the head, causing the victim to die from a traumatic brain injury.
On the afternoon of October 4, the Investigation Police Department of Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City was still taking statements from Le Nguyen Nhat Minh (born in 1991, residing in Tan Binh District) to investigate the act of using bricks to beat Ha Ngoc Long (born in 1973, residing in Hoc Mon District) to death due to a traumatic brain injury after a traffic collision on the road.

According to initial information, at around 8 a.m. the same day, Mr. Long was driving a motorbike carrying his friend named Nguyen Kim Tam (born in 1982, residing in District 12) on Nguyen Kiem Street in the direction from Go Vap 5-way intersection to Nguyen Thai Son - Nguyen Kiem overpass. When approaching Military Hospital 175 (Ward 3, Go Vap District), the motorbike driven by Mr. Long collided with another motorbike driving in the same direction, driven by Minh.
The collision did not cause any damage but caused the two to argue loudly with each other. After that, Minh angrily drove away first. After going a few hundred meters, Minh suddenly stopped the car, picked up a brick on the side of the road and rushed out to block Mr. Long's car.

Before Long could react, Minh raised a brick and hit him hard on the head, causing him to collapse on the street and have a seizure. Although he was taken to the 175 Military Hospital for emergency treatment, he died due to a severe traumatic brain injury. Minh tried to run away but was chased by the people and handed over to the police for processing.
