Reserved direct admission criteria if not graduated from high school
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Circular 27/2014/TT-BGDDT on the Regulations on admission to intermediate vocational training (TCCN) effective from September 25.

Accordingly, candidates who are directly recruited to TCCN include: Labor heroes, National emulation fighters who have graduated from junior high school and high school; those who have been admitted to TCCN schools but in that same year were ordered to do military service, and have now been demobilized; children of martyrs, war invalids with 81% or more or orphans; biological children of resistance fighters with disabilities due to the consequences of toxic chemicals who are receiving monthly allowances; war invalids, sick soldiers...
Candidates who win consolation prizes or higher in Olympic competitions, science and technology competitions, and competitions for excellent students at provincial level or higher, and candidates who win consolation prizes or higher in physical education and sports competitions at provincial level or higher, or in art competitions in singing, dancing, and music at provincial level or higher, will be admitted directly to vocational colleges in the field of study appropriate to the subject they won the prize. In particular, for candidates who win prizes in Olympic competitions, science and technology competitions, if they have not graduated from high school or junior high school, they will be allowed to reserve their graduation after graduation.
