Get unsecured loans up to 3 billion VND for agricultural production
From August 1, individuals and organizations operating in the agricultural sector can borrow up to 3 billion VND in production capital, with an interest rate of 7%/year, without requiring collateral.
The condition to enjoy the above incentives is that the borrower must present and certify the land use right certificate or a certificate of not having been granted a red book to the bank. This is to limit the situation where the borrower makes transactions without collateral at many different banks.
However, some banks also recommend that unsecured borrowers should buy agricultural production insurance to proactively respond to all risks in agricultural production. At that time, the Bank will reduce the loan interest rate by at least 0.2%/year to compensate for the insurance premium.
