Skin care with fruits and vegetables
The fruits and vegetables around you are an endless source of nutrients for plump, vibrant skin.
Grapes and papaya for smooth skin: Puree grapes or papaya, mix 300ml of fresh milk and 2 tablespoons of honey into a mixture to apply on face and body, after 15 minutes, wash off. For dry skin, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and mix well. After applying, the skin will be soft and not peeling.
Avocado for dry skin:Peel and puree avocado, apply as a face mask, rinse after 15 minutes.
Peaches for soft and elastic skin:Peel and pit the peaches, puree them, and apply as a face mask for 15 minutes, then rinse with cool water. For oily skin, add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil.

Grapefruit and mint give skin vitality, reduce wrinkles: Take the juice of 5 tangerines (or 1 grapefruit), add a few drops of peppermint essential oil, use a cotton ball to apply to the face and body. Leave for 15 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Honey, lemon, milk soften skin:Mix two spoons of honey with 200ml of fresh milk and the juice of half a lemon, apply evenly on the face and neck, leave for 15 minutes and rinse. If possible, increase the ingredients to make bath water, nourish the whole body, and fight fatigue.
Winter melon whitens skin: 1 squash, peel, cut into pieces and boil with 500ml water and 500ml white wine. Discard the pulp, take the concentrated water, add 250g white sugar, boil until dissolved. When using, take a little and mix with fresh egg white, rub evenly on the face.

Cucumber brightens skin and prevents wrinkles:
- Wash the cucumber, crush it, squeeze out the juice, rub it on your face many times a day; or cut it into thin slices and stick it on your face.
- Wash cucumber, slice, cook with fresh cow's milk, let cool then rub on face, rub twice a day.
- Mix cucumber juice, dandelion juice, fresh lemon juice and fresh cow's milk in equal amounts and apply on face twice daily.
Carrots treat acne and blackheads:
- Wash carrots, squeeze the juice to drink or rub evenly on the face every day, twice a day.
- Half a carrot, half a large apple, 20g coriander, 2 thick slices of fresh lemon, squeeze all of them to get the juice and drink every day.
- 50g carrots, 50g celery, half a large apple, 1 pear, squeeze all to get the juice, add 1/6 lemon, drink daily, helps to fade freckles.
