Ha Huy Tap Street is actually a young street - "young" in terms of time since the street was expanded, named, and left an impression in the minds of Vinh City people because of the bustling streets echoing from streets such as Nguyen Van Cu, Nguyen Sy Sach, etc. The street is nearly a kilometer long, lined with shops and restaurants that are increasingly dense and diverse in their offerings.

Company headquarters, modern salons, many new services and even shops specializing in selling hand-carried goods, imported goods... are present more and more, "rejuvenating" the whole street. Along with Nguyen Van Cu Street, Ha Huy Tap Street is remembered by many young people in Vinh City because of a series of splendid fashion stores, the presence of dense rows of cuisine: ice cream, yogurt... in the summer; then the hot barbecue restaurants in the winter; and countless sidewalk drinking places regardless of the weather and climate...

From a suburban road, certainly not yet shaken off the past of mixed sand and ponds, muddy fields, Ha Huy Tap Street is increasingly "valuable", with real estate prices increasing every year. This is also a road with a similar development pace to Nguyen Van Cu and Nguyen Sy Sach streets in terms of slowness and belatedness before the wave of migration of street residents.

Previously, the natives of this area often lived in the back, with plots and open areas for farming. Gradually, the agricultural footprint has thinned out, giving way to the real estate market and the land fever that started in the 2000s. Now, on Ha Huy Tap Street, the new residents have gradually become equal to the natives, which is also a plus point for the positive change of this suburban but vital road of Vinh City.

Ha Huy Tap Street is also considered a street that brings many strange features to the perception of Vinh City. The strange thing is that the street is both youthful and bustling with amenities and services, but at the same time, it seems to still have the calm, peaceful, and open features of the old rice fields. Walking on the street regardless of the four seasons, you can still feel the vastness, still shine with soft accents, perhaps originating from the green ecology of the street, with royal poinciana, sycamore, purple-flowered, mango trees, etc.? People in this street have many things to say.

I have an old friend who has lived in the city for only about ten years. We call him a friend because of the similarities in emotions and life, but in terms of age, the gap is two generations. He is quite good at business and trading, but he started out with a love of poetry and often writes poetry. His poems are ordinary, but his emotions are very rich. Every morning, he sits on the balcony of the second floor, sipping a strong coffee, looking down at Ha Huy Tap street, gradually waking up to the bustle of a new day. He feels it, enjoys it, and breathes into his poetry the very ordinary rhythms of life: a wet guava vendor rushing on the street, an impatient car horn, a child with his hat unbuttoned, his mouth still chewing on a piece of bread for breakfast... Well, let's put aside the thoughts and regrets about the peaceful value amidst the bustling rhythm of the new city, and look at the city with loving eyes, then we cannot help but be happy at the promise of faster and stronger development in the near future. Crossing this side of Ha Huy Tap street, bordering Nghi Phu commune, are dense projects, constructions, new urban areas... with the future of skyscraper architecture, brightening up the prospects of the Vinh City belt area in the near future!
