(Baonghean) -In recent years, the movement to build studious families, clans, and residential areas in our province has developed strongly, spreading from lowlands to highlands, from urban to rural areas, practically contributing to building a learning society, improving people's knowledge, training human resources, and nurturing talents for the homeland and country...
In line with the nation's tradition of studiousness, Nghe An - considered the land of learning - has long produced many talented and well-educated people who have contributed to the country's construction and defense. The family of Mr. Le Thanh Nhuan and Mrs. Le Thi Thanh (Hamlet 6, Nghi Lien, Vinh City) is one of the typical examples of the studious family movement. Although they had to work hard with all kinds of jobs, working for hire, hoeing for hire, borrowing fields from relatives and friends to increase production, they were still determined to raise their 3 children to be educated. Many times when they were in need and did not have money to pay their children's tuition, they had to borrow money everywhere, but at all costs they did not let their children's education be interrupted halfway. The sense of responsibility and sacrifice of their parents encouraged the 3 children of Mr. Nhuan and Mrs. Thanh to constantly strive in their studies. The eldest child, Le Manh Linh, graduated with honors in the Mathematics department of Vinh University, went on to graduate school and is currently teaching at Vinh University High School for the Gifted. Following his example, the second younger brother, Le Thai Chuan, was also an excellent student in the district and province for many years in the subjects of Mathematics and Physics. In the 2010-2011 school year, he was admitted to the Auditing Faculty of the National Economics University with 27 points. The third child, Le Thieu Hoang, has been an excellent student for 12 consecutive years; he is currently studying at the Finance and Banking Faculty of the National Economics University in Hanoi.
Not only flourishing in the lowlands, the movement to build a family of the poor has also spread strongly in mountainous districts. Typical examples include the family of Mr. Truong Thanh Long (Van Long hamlet, Giai Xuan commune, Tan Ky district), whose life was difficult and struggling but who raised 6 children to go to university, who have now graduated and have stable jobs; the family of Mrs. Vi Thi Thanh (Mon village, Thach Giam commune, Tuong Duong), whose husband died early, she alone raised 3 children to go to school, the eldest son is a good farmer and businessman, the second son studies at the University of Education, the faculty of History, the youngest son studies at Hanoi Law University; the family of Mr. Mua No Xu, Mong ethnic group, Son Ha hamlet, Ta Ca commune (Ky Son), has 6 children, all of whom have studied at university and college, who have now graduated and have stable jobs...

In addition to the movement to build a family of talented people, the movement to build a family of talented people is also maintained and developed. A typical example is the Nguyen Sy family (Thanh Luong, Thanh Chuong), most of the descendants are good at studying, achieving high results. Currently, the family has nearly 40 masters, hundreds of children with university degrees. The Luong Dinh family (Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong), has 22 households with 137 members, of which 20 have university degrees, 8 are military officers, 32 children are studying at university and college. The family's Education Promotion Fund reaches 10 million VND/year, 100% of families participate in the education promotion movement; 100% of families achieve the title of Family of Talents, Family of Talents and there are no poor households. The Le Van family (Quynh Hau commune, Quynh Luu) established the Family Education Promotion Board in 2002, mobilizing an average of 15 million VND each year for the Education Promotion Fund, rewarding children with excellent achievements in studying and working. Currently, the family has 1 doctor of military science, 6 masters and 85 engineers, doctors, bachelors, 10 people are general directors, directors and business owners; 25 families have 4 children all studying at university. In 2007, the Le Van family was honored to attend the National Congress of Outstanding Military Heroes.
The strong development of the movement to build studious families and DHHH is a favorable condition for expanding the learning residential areas (KDCHH). Currently, the whole province has 460,000 families, 3,720 clans and 2,448 residential areas recognized as provincial-level DH, DH, and KDCHH. Mr. Tran Xuan Bi - Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education said: "This congress of "Study-loving families, learning-encouraging clans, learning-encouraging communities" is not only to honor exemplary families and clans, but mainly to draw practical lessons, exchange experiences, and learn from each other in order to bring this movement to a new level, quickly forming a large network for families and clans to participate in learning - creating the necessary foundation for the formation of a learning society that our Party and State are aiming for...".
