The Vietnam-China Tourism and Investment Promotion Forum and the Vietnam-China Friendship Exchange Program took place on the afternoon of September 21 in Beijing. The delegation of Nghe An province led by Mr. Phung Thanh Vinh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment, and the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board attended the forum.
