(Baonghean.vn) - Knowing that no one was watching, Ngo used a ladder to climb over the fence, stole 3 motors, 2 welding machines and many electrical equipment at the construction site where he was working to sell for money to spend.

On the morning of May 8, the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency announced that it had just arrested Nguyen Van Ngo (born 1978), residing in Loc Son hamlet, Ha Son commune, Quy Hop district, for theft of property.

Previously, on May 5, Nghi Loc District Police received a report from Thanh Vinh Leather Shoe Company located in Hamlet 5, Nghi Dien Commune, Nghi Loc District that on the night of May 4, thieves broke into the company's construction site and stole many electrical equipment.

Upon receiving the report, Nghi Loc District Police sent a working group to the scene, coordinating with Nghi Dien Commune Police to verify and investigate the case. Using professional measures, on May 7, the investigation agency determined that Nguyen Van Ngo was the person who committed the above theft and made an emergency arrest.

At the investigation agency, Ngo confessed that he was working as a worker at Thanh Vinh Leather Shoe Company. Because he worked and lived right at the construction site, Ngo knew clearly where the electrical equipment was located as well as the security guards.

At around 8pm on May 4, Ngo rode his motorbike out to the construction site, bought a 5 meter long bamboo ladder and returned to his workplace. Seeing that no one was watching, Ngo climbed the ladder over the wall and got inside.

Here, Ngo stole 3 3KW electric motors, 1 hand grinder, 1 electric welding machine, 1 homemade welding machine, 1 construction material winch, and 90m of various types of electric wire.

After that, Ngo took the stolen property and left it at the house of an acquaintance in Nghi Dien commune, waiting for a favorable opportunity to sell it for money to spend.

Currently, the case is being further investigated by the authorities.
