Nearly 1,000 union members participate in blood donation on Red Sunday
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 19, Dien Chau District Youth Union organized the 4th voluntary blood donation campaign in 2018.
From early morning, many union members and youth of Dien Chau district were present at the district's political training center for health check-ups before donating blood.

With the spirit of “Give a drop of blood, save a life”, the voluntary blood donation festival - Red Sunday attracted nearly 1,000 union members and people of Dien Chau to register to donate blood.
Mr. Le Viet Dung - Secretary of Dien Chau District Youth Union said: This is the 4th blood donation campaign in 2018, attracting a large number of union members to participate. It is estimated that over 125,000 ml of blood will be collected, contributing to the treatment of thousands of patients in the province.
This year, Dien Chau District Youth Union organized 5 voluntary blood donation campaigns, the last of which will take place in September 2018. It is expected that all 5 campaigns will donate 2,500 units of blood.
