Nearly 200 students participated in the 2019 disaster prevention and response drill
(Baonghean.vn) - During 2 days (August 27 and 28), students and people participated in training and drills on disaster prevention and response skills, and first aid techniques for victims.
In order to help communes in key disaster areas reduce human and property damage when natural disasters and catastrophes occur, on the afternoon of August 27, in Quynh Trang commune (Hoang Mai town), the Provincial Red Cross Society chose Quynh Trang commune as the venue for the 2019 disaster prevention and response drill.

Through 2 days of drills, trainees and people will be equipped with basic knowledge on disaster prevention, search and rescue, reducing accidents and injuries in natural disasters as well as in daily life; equipping local medical staff with basic knowledge and techniques in developing plans, emergency plans, transporting and treating injured and injured people; organizing the dispersal and evacuation of facilities in major natural disaster situations that threaten people's lives, minimizing loss of life and property.

After Quynh Trang commune (Hoang Mai town), 8 key communes of 3 districts and towns, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai town will also continue to organize training and drills, including the communes: Quynh Lap, Quynh Loc (Hoang Mai town); Bao Thanh, Long Thanh, Vien Thanh (Yen Thanh district) and Quynh Luong, Quynh Bang, Quynh Tan (Quynh Luu district).
