Nearly 200 children of Bo Son parish and Luong Son parish happily celebrated Children's Day

(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of Children's Day June 1, on the evening of May 31, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command coordinated with the Women's Union of Nghi Van commune to organize a cultural exchange night and give gifts to children at the Mother Teresa Orphanage Center of Tan Huong family, Bo Son parish and children of Luong Son hamlet (Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district).

Luong Son hamlet has 135 households with 137 households, 580 people, of which 85% are Catholics. At the children's festival, teenagers and children reviewed the history and traditions of International Children's Day; participated in quizzes with prizes; gave gifts to children in difficult circumstances, who strived to study well and were excited by the exciting performances.

Through the exchange, the children can celebrate Children's Day happily and it is also a meaningful activity to strengthen the relationship between the army and the people.
