A young man in his 20s who appeared to be high on drugs climbed onto the rooftop of a house, started talking nonsense and tried to jump off the building. It took the authorities nearly 3 hours to rescue him.

At around 11:30 a.m. on August 19, at a house on Highway 51 (KP.1, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai), people discovered a young man climbing onto the rooftop of a house, screaming and pointing his finger at the sky. People tried to persuade him, but he refused to come down.

The incident was quickly reported to the authorities. Upon receiving the news, the Dong Nai Province Fire Police mobilized officers, soldiers and vehicles to the scene to approach the young man and rescue him.

Curious passersby gathered to watch, causing traffic congestion in the area.

At 1 p.m. the same day, the young man asked for a can of soda. People watching the rescue threw the can onto the roof and at the same time urged the young man to go down the fire police's rescue ladder.

At 2:00 p.m., the rescue team successfully approached and rescued a young man who appeared to be high on drugs and climbed onto the rooftop of a house and took him to the Long Binh Tan Ward Police Station (Bien Hoa City - Dong Nai) to await processing.

Currently, the incident is being investigated by the authorities.
