Nearly 300 actors participate in the 2019 Sen Village Singing Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - The Sen Village Singing Festival has the participation of 10 mass art troupes with nearly 300 actors, artists, and musicians.
On the evening of May 18, at Uncle Ho's hometown of Sen Village, the Department of Culture and Sports held the opening ceremony of the "Sen Village Singing Festival 2019".
Attending the event were comrade Ho Mau Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, along with many actors, artisans, and musicians from districts in the province.

Through each organization, the Sen Village Singing Festival has increasingly shown development in all aspects, many programs and performances have reached new heights in quality in performing arts, leaving a deep impression in the hearts of viewers.
The festival has had a strong influence, deeply reflecting the people's gratitude to beloved Uncle Ho, honoring the ideological, moral and lifestyle values of Ho Chi Minh, becoming a highlight in the annual celebration of his birthday.

This year's Sen Village Singing Festival was held at the grassroots level from March to May, receiving the participation of many artists and actors, attracting the attention and support of the audience.
At the provincial level, the Festival has the participation of 09 mass art troupes from the districts of Hung Nguyen, Thanh Chuong, Do Luong, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau; the towns of Hoang Mai, Cua Lo and Vinh city with more than 300 actors, artisans and musicians.

The Lang Sen Singing Festival is an opportunity to promote, introduce and honor the intangible cultural heritage of Nghe An to a large number of tourists from all over the world, contributing to discovering many talented young artists, many promising singers, and at the same time promoting the mass art movement of the province. This is also an opportunity for actors and musicians from all over the province to exchange, learn and demonstrate their talents.
The 2019 Sen Village Singing Festival will close tonight (May 19) at Ho Chi Minh Square (Vinh City).
