According to the online voting results of 13/14 clubs, HA Gia Lai did not participate, the clubs Than Quang Ninh, SL Nghe An, Viettel, Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa and Hanoi FC agreed with the proposal to play V-League centrally. The three clubs that did not agree with the proposal were Becamex Binh Duong, DNH Nam Dinh and Quang Nam while the remaining three clubs including Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon and SHB Da Nang have not yet expressed their opinions.
