During a patrol on Tran Phu Street, the environmental police and traffic police of Vinh City Police discovered a passenger bus with license plate 74B - 004.59 driven by Mr. Huynh Kim Binh, born in 1973, residing in Cam Lo - Quang Tri, showing suspicious signs.
When the police asked him to stop the vehicle for inspection, they discovered that the vehicle was carrying 61 cartons containing 4,700 chickens and ducks. At the time of inspection, Mr. Binh could not present any documents proving the origin of the chickens and ducks.
