Attending the meeting and exchange program, on the side of CAND Publishing House, there were Colonel, Writer Nguyen Hong Thai, Director and Editor-in-Chief of CAND Publishing House, Head of the Standing Committee of the Novel, Story and Memoir Writing Contest on the topic of Homeland Security and Peaceful Life 2012-2015, Head of the Liaison Committee of the Association of Former Students of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted; Colonel, Writer Dang Vuong Hung, Head of the Literature Department - CAND Publishing House and writers Nguyen Trong Tan, Van Chinh, Thanh Huong, Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Tran Thanh Ha.
On behalf of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, there were teachers in the Board of Directors, Literature teachers and students of the Literature major.

The writers discussed with students majoring in Literature at Phan School about the secrets to being good at literature, writing well from practical experiences in studying literature, writing, about skills in taking literature exams, skills in analyzing poetry, short stories, memoirs; skills from studying literature to professional writing, concepts of good students in literature in school and requirements of literary writing...
Phan School's Literature students enthusiastically asked the writers many "tricky" questions such as why Literature students don't become writers, or what factors are needed to be good at Literature, etc. The writers interacted and answered the students' questions.
