Domestic coffee prices are showing signs of slowing down while global prices continue to rise, especially Robusta. Typically, coffee prices peak in late April, before Brazil begins harvesting its new crop. This opens up opportunities for Vietnamese coffee to reach the best prices in the coming time.

According to many experts, the coffee supply in Vietnam is no longer abundant, while farmers still expect higher prices so they are not in a hurry to sell.

In addition, another important factor is that the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will officially come into effect at the end of 2025. This could bring an advantage to Vietnamese coffee, as Vietnam is the producing country that best meets the requirements of the EUDR, facilitating the export of deeply processed coffee such as instant and roasted coffee.
