Impersonating Government Office officials to commit fraud

Using this trick, the subject deceived two directors in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An to "run" construction projects.

On September 11, Dong Da District Police, Hanoi initiated a case of fraud and property appropriation, prosecuting Pham Viet Hung (born in 1959, in Van Chuong alley, Dong Da district).

According to initial investigation results, in 2010, Pham Viet Hung claimed to be an official of the Government Office, with the ability to broker the construction of a number of construction projects in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces.

Using this trick, Hung took 600 million VND from Mr. Le Duc Thong - Director of Ha Tinh Technology and Trade Development JSC and took 1.950 billion VND from Mr. Nguyen Trong Dat - Deputy Director of Hop Thanh Import-Export Trading Company Limited (Nghe An).

Since then, the two directors have not received any construction projects.

Currently, Pham Viet Hung has fled, Dong Da District Police are searching for him./.
