On the morning of April 5, the Investigation Police Agency of Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, issue an arrest warrant, and search the residence of Dien Hoa Sinh to investigate and clarify the act of fraud and property appropriation.
At the police station, Dien Hoa Sinh confessed that in February 2022, through social networks, Sinh got to know a woman in Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province. After a period of contact and confiding, Sinh identified himself as a Criminal Police Officer of Ninh Thuan Provincial Police, and is currently opening an aluminum and iron shop to earn extra income.
