Rice price for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2012

(Decision No. 15/2012/QD-UBND dated February 16, 2012 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee)

Article 1. The price of unhusked rice for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2012 in Nghe An province is: 6,000 VND/kg (Six thousand VND per kilogram).

Article 2. This Decision comes into force 10 days after the date of signing.

Article 3. Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Finance, Director of Tax Department, Director of Provincial State Treasury; Heads of provincial departments, branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.
