Rice price for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2012

(Decision No. 43/2012/QD-UBND dated July 6, 2012 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee)

Article 1.The regulation on the price of rice for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2012 in Nghe An province is: 5,000 VND/kg (five thousand VND per kilogram).

Article 2.This Decision takes effect 10 days after the date of signing, replacing Decision No. 15/2012/QD-UBND dated February 16, 2012 of the Provincial People's Committee on regulating rice prices for calculating agricultural land use tax in 2012.

Article 3. Chief of Office of Provincial People's Committee, Director of Department of Finance, Director of Tax Department, Director of Provincial State Treasury; Heads of provincial departments and branches; Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and related organizations and individuals shall implement this decision.
