Gasoline price today September 13, 2024: World prices continue to increase by 2%, domestic retail gasoline prices are adjusted down for the 4th consecutive time from 3:00 p.m. September 12.
World oil price today September 13, 2024
According to Oilprice, at 5:00 a.m. on September 13, 2024, WTI oil price reached 69.18 USD/barrel, up 2.47%, while Brent oil price was 72.24 USD/barrel, up 2.31%.
Oil prices rose as Hurricane Francine impacted the Gulf of Mexico, which has reduced oil production. Hurricane Francine has disrupted nearly 42% of Gulf of Mexico oil production. The disruption could reduce Gulf of Mexico oil production by about 50,000 barrels per day this month.
Falling global oil demand, especially from China, has weighed on oil prices. OPEC+ has cut its forecast for oil demand growth, and Brent crude prices remain at a three-year low.
The International Energy Agency cut its forecast for oil demand growth in 2024 to 900,000 barrels per day.
U.S. crude oil inventories rose as imports increased and fuel demand fell. Gasoline prices fell in the United States, accounting for 9% of global oil demand, due to weak demand and abundant supplies.
Domestic gasoline prices today September 13, 2024
On September 13, 2024, domestic retail gasoline prices changed according to the latest decision from 3:00 p.m. on September 12.

E5 RON 92 gasoline price decreased by VND1,089 per liter, to VND18,890.
RON 95 gasoline also decreased by 1,192 VND per liter, the new price is 19,635 VND.
Diesel 0.05S decreased by 927 VND per liter, the new price is 17,165 VND.
Kerosene decreased by 934 VND per liter, the new price is 17,790 VND.
Madut 180CST 3.5S oil decreased by 688 VND per kg, the new price is 14,467 VND.
During this adjustment period, there was no provision or expenditure from the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92, RON95 gasoline products, diesel, kerosene and fuel oil.
Since the beginning of 2024, gasoline prices have been adjusted 36 times, with 19 price decreases, 15 price increases and 3 inconsistent adjustments.
