Mr. Vu Hong Duc - Deputy Director of the Center for Culture - Sports and Communication of Vinh City said: "Vinh City has set a goal of winning medals at the Youth - Children's Football Tournament Nghe An Newspaper Cup in 2023. Therefore, we have carefully prepared all conditions, selected, trained and nurtured players carefully to have the best force to participate and determined to achieve high results".

To achieve the set goal, since the beginning of May 2023, the Vinh City Center for Culture - Sports and Communications has selected the most outstanding and talented athletes in schools to form two youth and children's teams for training...
