(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 3, the 13th National Assembly delegates of the province, including comrades Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region IV, Le Thi Tam - Provincial Party Committee member, President of the Provincial Women's Union, had a meeting to pay respect to Vinh City Veterans.

At the Conference, on behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, comrade Tran Huu Tuat reported to voters the contents of the 8th session of the 13th National Assembly.
