Completely resolve the project of Lat Town Kindergarten

(Baonghean)In 2010, the State invested in building 4 solid classrooms at Lat Town Kindergarten (Tan Ky) to meet the needs of teaching and learning. However, 3 years have passed and the project is still unfinished, not only affecting the quality of teaching and learning at the school but also potentially causing accidents and injuries to students.
People in Lat Town have long been wondering why the kindergarten classrooms have not been completed after 3 years of construction. Parents who take their children to school every day are worried that if their children accidentally play in that area, the consequences will be unpredictable. Because there are dozens of pillars, scaffolding, and fences that are wobbly, even hanging, and can fall at any time. Ms. Dao Thi Thuy Hang - Principal of the school said: In 2010, the school received investment from the State to build 4 more classrooms under the national program of consolidating schools and classrooms (at that time, the school only had 10 classrooms, not enough to meet the needs of teaching and learning).
However, since October 2010, the construction unit, Minh Duc Construction Company Limited (Nam Dan), finished pouring concrete on the first floor before the Lunar New Year 2011 and then left it unfinished until now with the above situation. Thus, the teachers of the school have had to shoulder two tasks: teaching and preventing children from playing near the construction area. The construction is messy, located in the school yard, without any solution to prevent accidents, showing the irresponsibility of the construction unit. Faced with this situation, Lat Town Kindergarten has sent a petition to the district twice, but has not received any attention or resolution. It is known that the district People's Committee has also met with the contractor many times to find a solution, but has only received empty promises.
I think, with such an essential infrastructure project, the district needs to have a solution to coordinate with the contractor to overcome difficulties to resolve it completely.
