Most delegates highly agreed with the socio-economic report for the first 6 months of the year and the key solutions for the last 6 months of the year of the Provincial People's Committee, highly appreciated the efforts of the entire political system and the people of the localities in overcoming difficulties and achieving positive results. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong emphasized the solutions that the Provincial People's Committee focused on in attracting investment, supporting businesses, and promoting the new rural construction movement. The province is promoting the review of all land funds, thereby having positive solutions for people to have land for production, avoiding waste and disputes. At this session of the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee will listen, absorb and gradually resolve, responding to the legitimate aspirations of voters.

Delegates expressed their opinions and proposed to the People's Council to include issues related to people's lives in the agenda. In particular, Anh Son and Thanh Chuong districts are key areas for tea raw materials. However, over the past 10 years, the price of fresh tea buds has not increased, even decreased, while input prices such as fertilizer, electricity, irrigation water, and labor costs have increased. Voters in the tea region really hope that the province and businesses need to build a stable and developing direction so that tea growers can have a better life.

Regarding the construction of new rural areas, delegates suggested that the province should consider whether the support package for communes is effective or not (?). In particular, the regulation that the province limits cement support to cement grade 300 is inappropriate, because most cement factories have produced grade 400. At the same time, the province should consider licensing sand and gravel mining on rivers to serve basic construction and rural roads.
Delegates from Anh Son district also proposed that the province have solutions to direct the resolution of land disputes between Tao Son commune (Anh Son) and Giang Son Tay, Lam Son (Do Luong), stabilize the situation, and take care of socio-economic development in the border area of the two districts.
