(Baonghean) - Every year, the number of Nghe An students graduating from universities and colleges across the country is about 20,000 - 21,000 people, of which the demand in the province is only about 1,000 people. So what can we do to create more jobs for Nghe An children after they have received basic training and education? This is really a very difficult problem!

At the 2014 year-end press conference between Nghe An province leaders and press agencies, the provincial leaders expressed their determination to focus on attracting investment in 2015 so that the province can have more factories and companies; invite Nghe An businessmen from all over to invest... At the same time, they will also work with large economic groups and corporations on the issue of recruiting Nghe An workers to work.

The commitment of the provincial leaders to find more job opportunities for the province's graduates is very commendable to solve a part of the wasted human resources. However, the provincial leaders alone cannot solve the problem, but there must be active participation of the entire political system and the families as well as the students.

To fundamentally solve the employment problem for graduates, in addition to having a policy to call on businesses and investors to invest in Nghe An or businesses that are Nghe An's children investing in other provinces to be interested in recruiting Nghe An workers, the province needs to have a form of organizing recruitment exams; commitment of workers to work on sense of discipline, labor productivity, level of dedication, and taking on work to avoid having to recruit workers from other localities.

Next, the province needs to promote administrative reform, prevent “brain drain”, and attract many talented people to contribute to the development of the homeland; each agency and unit needs to have a roadmap for screening the apparatus. When there are young and talented people, it is necessary to create conditions for them to be able to promote and contribute their talents.

Finally, in addition to the efforts of the government, each family and each organization needs to encourage the spirit of independence and self-reliance of young people and students to boldly create new economic models, invest in farm development, exploit the potential of land, forests, water surfaces, cultivate and produce specialty seedlings, new, valuable products with intellectual content in labor, continue the family profession, avoid passive thinking, dependence, and reliance on state agencies. Career guidance after finishing high school needs to be carried out systematically and substantially, with the participation of parents, so that students can choose a career that is appropriate to their abilities, strengths and suitable to social needs.
