The First Party Inspection Sports Tournament

(Baonghean.vn) -Towards the 65th anniversary of the Party Inspection Sector's establishment (October 16), on the morning of September 14, 2013, the Provincial Party Inspection Committee held the opening ceremony of the first Nghe An Provincial Party Inspection Sector Sports Tournament.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and members of the Inspection Commissions of districts, cities, towns, and affiliated Party Committees.

Comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission presented souvenir flags to athletes participating in the tournament.

This is the first time the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has organized a provincial-wide industry sports tournament. The tournament has over 50 athletes from 14 districts, cities, towns, affiliated party committees and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. The athletes compete in badminton in the following categories: men's doubles over 45 years old, men's doubles under 45 years old, and mixed doubles.

First prize for mixed doubles

After a day of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize in the men's doubles over 45 years old to the pair of athletes: Thai-Ly (Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission); first prize in the men's doubles under 45 years old to Nhat-May (Tuong Duong District Party Committee's Inspection Commission); first prize in the mixed doubles to Hong-Ha (Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission).

The tournament is an opportunity for cadres and civil servants in the Party inspection sector throughout the province to exchange and learn experiences, encourage the sports movement and improve health.
