Carbohydrate supplement menu
Prepare one of the following fruits: apples, watermelons, dried fruits or oats. If you choose apples or watermelons, prepare 1.5 - 2 kg, divide into 5 meals, eat 3 hours apart. You can process apples into cakes or juice. For dried fruits, you can consume 0.5 kg, divide into 5 meals and have to dip them in water before eating. If you choose oats, you can only consume 200 g and also divide into 5 - 6 meals.

Ingredients that can be used to make juices or smoothies for detox include: berries, oranges, lemons, grapefruit, avocados, bananas, apples, carrots, grapes, zucchini, cabbage, beets, spinach, asparagus, chia seeds... You can also roast these vegetables instead of juicing but do not use salt or cooking oil.
During the 7-day diet, you need to stay away from sugar, salt, fried and smoked foods as well as alcoholic beverages, coffee and soft drinks.
