Discount on train and plane tickets
According to information from Vietnam Railways Corporation, from August 1, the Railway industry will reduce prices on many ticket classes, focusing on train tickets for long distances.

According to Vietnam Railways Corporation, for sleeper tickets for the Saigon - Hanoi route on trains SE3 and SE4, the ticket price has been reduced from 1.99 million VND/trip to 1.76 million VND/trip. For local trains departing from Saigon station to Quy Nhon, Nha Trang... the Railway industry will also reduce the price of many ticket classes starting from August 1.
In order to encourage customers to buy 3rd floor sleeper tickets when traveling by train, Vietnam Railways Corporation will also apply new ticket prices corresponding to soft seat tickets on trains E21/22, SQN1/2, SNT1/2, SPT1/2.
Regarding air routes, Jetstar Pacific said it will also conduct a sale of economy tickets on all domestic routes, departing from September 10 to November 28, 2013. In addition, passengers in need can also buy promotional air tickets of Jetstar Group between Ho Chi Minh City - Singapore for only 299 thousand VND/trip.
