Closely monitor the Project to innovate general education programs and textbooks

(Baonghean.vn)- Nghe An voters proposed: "The Ministry of Education and Training's continuous changes to the teaching and learning program, especially the organization of exams, have caused confusion and waste, but the quality has not been improved. We request the National Assembly to closely monitor the implementation of the Project on Innovation of General Education Programs and Textbooks to ensure effectiveness, long-term stability and avoid waste."

The Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children (National Assembly) responded to this issue as follows:

On November 28, 2014, at the 8th Session of the 13th National Assembly, Resolution 88/2014/QH13 on innovation of general education programs and textbooks was passed by the National Assembly.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the National Assembly, the Government is currently implementing this Project.

Taking into account voters' opinions, the National Assembly will closely monitor the development of programs, the compilation of textbooks and the implementation of new general education programs and textbooks to ensure long-term effectiveness, stability and avoid waste in the country's education./.
