In 2015, the Advisory Councils developed plans, closely following the specific functions and tasks of each council to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee on the contents of supervision and substantive criticism, focusing on the policies of the Party, the State, and the province as well as issues arising in the province.
Notably, he participated in giving opinions on draft laws consulted by the National Assembly, especially the Civil Code (amended); supervised the implementation of conclusions and decisions of the Provincial People's Committee on handling environmental pollution at a number of production, business and livestock establishments in the province; supervised the dissemination and education of law, grassroots mediation and legal aid.
