On the morning of May 13, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council led by Mr. Tran Van Mao - Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council, conducted a supervision of the settlement of complaints and denunciations of citizens at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency. (Baonghean.vn) –On the morning of May 13, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council led by Mr. Tran Van Mao - Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council, conducted a supervision of the settlement of complaints and denunciations of citizens at the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency. Also participating was Mr. Pham Van Tan - Provincial Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council directly dialogued with citizens and the enforcement agency to clarify the details of the incidents that led to the citizens' prolonged complaints. These were the complaints of Mr. Ho Van Thai, Hong Son commune, Tan Ky district; Mr. Dau Manh Hung, Ha Huy Tap ward and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Quang Trung ward (Vinh city). The complaints of citizens were related to a number of problems as well as the slow enforcement process, including the inexperienced performance of some enforcement officers.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has demonstrated its responsibility in analyzing and dissecting each case; clarifying the rights and wrongs and responsibilities of the people and the enforcement agency, and at the same time requesting the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, relevant district-level Civil Judgment Enforcement Sub-Departments and the people to coordinate with each other to reach a common consensus in resolving citizens' proposals and recommendations. For cases that have exceeded the jurisdiction of the Provincial Judgment Enforcement Department, citizens are requested to wait for the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement to resolve and respond to the results. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council has also provided legal support and guidance for citizens to make complaints and recommendations that are focused and relevant to their recommendations, ensuring compliance with the law and resolving the cases.
