Comrade Tran Cong Duong discussed with the school about some issues of concern. |
Nghia Loi Kindergarten is located in a remote and extremely difficult area that benefits from the Government's policy 135. The lives of the majority of people are facing many difficulties, which affects the socialization work to increase investment in school facilities. However, in recent years, the Party Committee and the government of Nghia Loi commune have paid great attention to focusing on directing and integrating resources from the 135 program, the school consolidation program, the district budget, the commune budget and resources mobilized from the people to invest in building schools and classrooms.
In the 2007-2008 school year, the school completed and was recognized as a National Standard School. Every year, the school has a plan to maintain and improve the quality of some standard criteria such as adding more classrooms, flower gardens, welcome gates, campus, paying attention to the quality of education; socialization work is increasingly improved.

However, up to this point, compared to the standards for building a new national standard school, the school still has some content that has not been met, such as lacking an administrative office, vice principal's office, toilets, security room and even the school grounds.... Regarding the staff, the proportion of teachers in the classroom has not met the prescribed standards.
On behalf of the monitoring delegation, comrade Tran Cong Duong acknowledged the efforts of the locality and the school; at the same time, he requested that the school closely follow the tasks and requirements of the industry in building a standard school to advise the locality. The locality must also pay real attention, because this is one of the important targets of the Party Congress at all levels. The school needs to supplement and improve the quality of the achieved standard criteria, striving to be recognized again after 5 years of being recognized as meeting the standards according to regulations.
- In the afternoon, the monitoring delegation continued to work with leaders of Nghia Dan district.

According to the report of the district leaders, Nghia Dan currently has a total of 69 schools, including 25 kindergartens; 26 primary schools; 16 secondary schools; 2 high schools. The resolution of the district Party Congress for the 2010-2015 term set a target of 60-65% of schools meeting national standards by 2015. To achieve this target, right from the beginning of the term, the District Party Committee issued Resolution No. 12/NQ-HU, dated November 13, 2011, on the promulgation of the Project to improve the quality of education and training in the district, including the task of building standard schools; the District People's Council has investment policies for standard schools.

Vice Chairman of Nghia Dan District People's Committee Vo Tien Sy reported on the results of the work of building a national standard school. |
However, due to the fact that the district has many particularly difficult communes, some of which have been newly established from agricultural and forestry farms; the physical facilities of the schools are mostly degraded and do not meet standards. Meanwhile, local resources for building standard schools are limited; socialization work is extremely difficult... Therefore, the whole district only has 29/69 schools that meet national standards. Thus, from now until the end of the 2015 term, there must be 13 more schools that meet standards to achieve the target set by the congress.
On behalf of the monitoring delegation, comrade Tran Cong Duong acknowledged the district's efforts in leadership, direction as well as focusing on integrating resources to build national standard schools. He noted that building national standard schools is an important target of the Party Congress of the district and the province, so he suggested that the district in the remaining time of the term should focus on directing decisively with more positive solutions in the work of building standard schools, focusing resources to focus on schools that are close to achieving the standard. Pay attention to directing localities with schools that have met the standard to continue to supplement and improve the quality of the standard criteria to continue to maintain the title of meeting the standard, contributing to improving the quality of education and training.
